By using our website and making a purchase, you agree to the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of our platform. When you purchase on Snusmarket, you enter into a purchase contract and acknowledge having read and accepted our current GTC.

We reserve the right to modify our GTC at any time without prior notice. These changes will take effect upon publication on our website. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully review our general terms before finalizing any order. Our GTC are governed by Swiss law, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of La Tour-de-Peilz.

To purchase tobacco products on our platform, you must be at least 18 years old. By accepting our GTC, you confirm compliance with the legal age required for the purchase of tobacco products. Please note that any inaccurate information will be reported to the relevant authorities.

DELIVERY AND IMPORT TERMS

We dispatch your orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1 to 2 business days. However, please note that shipments will only be processed once all ordered items are available, and we do not make partial shipments.

As we ship directly from Switzerland, no customs or import fees are expected for the buyer.

We exclusively deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein via Snusmarket and disclaim any responsibility for the receipt, location, refund, or replacement of delayed shipments, except for processing by our distribution center. In the latter case, we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control, regardless of their nature.

Due to the perishable nature of tobacco products, we do not accept returns. This also applies in case of a change of mind or incorrect order. An order cannot be canceled once the items have been shipped.

However, you can request the cancellation of your order as long as it has not been prepared or shipped. Once these steps are completed, cancellation will no longer be possible.
